14-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, and pet hair, and returned with all original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page before mailing your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Londyn Bridge Scrubs is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Final-Sale Items
Items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported through our Contact page as soon as possible after delivery.
