This website is operated by Londyn Bridge Scrubs, LLC (“Londyn Bridge Scrubs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your purchases are made from Londyn Bridge Scrubs, not Shopify.
1. Eligibility and Online Store Use
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given permission for any minor dependent under your supervision to use this website.

Minor variations in measurements, color, fabric, stitching, or finish may occur because of manufacturing processes.
Our size guides and fit descriptions are provided as general guidance. Fit may vary according to body shape, personal preference, garment style, and how measurements are taken. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description and size guide before ordering.
Our apparel is not medical equipment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or to replace required personal protective equipment.
4. Prices and Changes
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product, promotion, or service at any time. A price change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except when permitted by law to correct an obvious error.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, and availability. Unless we state otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.
5. Orders, Billing, and Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send confirmation that it has been accepted or shipped. An automated order-confirmation email only confirms that we received your order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order. If we change or cancel an order after payment, we will notify you using the contact information provided and issue any refund required.
You are responsible for reviewing your shipping address and order details before submitting the order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it begins processing.
6. Availability and Order Cancellation
All products are subject to availability. We may cancel an order or remove an item if inventory is unavailable, the product or price was listed incorrectly, payment cannot be verified, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless we expressly state otherwise. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional terms.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions in our Return Policy. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, you may return an eligible item in accordance with the Return Policy and place a new order.
Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms. If there is a conflict concerning a return or refund, the Return Policy controls, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Before filing a legal claim, you and Londyn Bridge Scrubs agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice describing the issue and the requested resolution. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or pursuing a claim when a filing deadline would expire.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Londyn Bridge Scrubs concerning your use of the website and purchases from us. Any ambiguities will not be interpreted against a party solely because that party drafted the language.
